You will handle tenant communication, coordinate move-ins, track maintenance requests, prepare leases, and maintain records in our property management software. Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant communications and serve as primary contact.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with tenants.
• Track and manage maintenance requests and cost estimates.
• Assist in lease renewals and prepare leases with accuracy.
• Maintain records in property management software and ensure up-to-date information.
