Job summary

Metro West Housing Solutions is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring high standards of resident service and occupancy goals. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, move-ins, inspections, and compliance, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with Resident Services staff to enhance community wellbeing.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or college training in property/real estate management.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager on all facets of management at multiple properties.
• Oversees management during Property Manager absences.
• Assists with leasing from application to move-in and resident orientation.
