Park7 Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a luxury student housing community in Denton, TX. You will assist with leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and financial health while handling both administrative and financial tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes growth into a Property Manager position, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and initiative across operations, accounting, and resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in student housing or multifamily housing.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to balance resident interactions with administrative and financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Entrata software: data accuracy, deposits, monthly postings, reports.
• Rent collection for all units, deposits, late notices, and filings.
• Walk units, post move-out charges, refunds, and audits.
• Run reports and support property performance tracking.
• Conduct financial audits alongside lease audits.
• Invoicing and regulatory compliance related to collections and evictions.
• Assist with leasing activities, tours, and leasing performance tracking.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident communications.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
