Job summary

Park7 Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our luxury student housing community in Denton, Texas. You will handle work orders, maintain the grounds, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address 24-hour emergencies.

Eligible applicants have HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair experience, EPA certification, and a background in multi-family or student housing. We offer competitive pay, PTO, holidays, parental leave, health coverage options, and room to grow

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repair experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Appliance repair and carpentry skills.
• Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• 1–2 years of experience in multi-family or student housing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a variety of apartment units (1– to 5-bedroom).
• Ensure property & facilities integrity, grounds upkeep, and daily trash removal.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to boost resident satisfaction.
• Assist with unit turnovers and minor repairs.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general appliance repairs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
