Job summary

Park7 Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our luxury student housing community in Denton, TX. You’ll support day-to-day operations, leasing activities, and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will balance administrative and financial tasks with resident interactions, grow into a Property Manager role, and work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. On-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ years of experience in student housing or multifamily housing.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day office operations and resident inquiries.
• Assist leasing efforts, including tours, lease prep, and tracking leasing performance.
• Help execute marketing initiatives such as housing fairs, open houses, and outreach events.
• Maintain accurate and compliant resident files and documentation.
• Assist with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
