The Bowie is seeking an Assistant Property Manager at S2 Residential in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Property Manager to ensure the community runs smoothly, oversee on-site accounting, and help achieve occupancy and financial goals.

You’ll collect rents, handle move-ins/outs, maintain resident files, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering exceptional service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years+ of residential property management experience as Assistant Property Manager.
• CAM or ARM certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws (e.g., FCRA, ADA).
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager to ensure operational and financial success of the community.
• Oversee all on-site accounting functions.
• Collaborate on occupancy, marketing, expense control, and delinquency goals.
• Lead by example to create exemplary resident experiences.
• Collect and account for all rents and other monies.
• Process rental applications and manage move-in/move-out inspections.
