Job summary

Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Eastchester community. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and model professional, respectful service in every interaction.

You will assist with leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and reporting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve financial and operational goals while upholding our commitments to sustainability and superior resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management, leasing, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state issued driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and model a residents-first mindset.
• Manage resident relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
• Support financial management including rent collection and accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with leasing responsibilities: showings, applications, move-ins/move-outs, and unit walks.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure properties are well-presented and safe.
• Support marketing and retention initiatives to attract residents and foster community engagement.
