Somerset Pacific LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager (Part-time) to support operations at a low-income/affordable housing community in Fairbanks, Alaska. You will assist with leasing, resident support, file compliance, move-ins, recertifications, notices, rent collection, and office administration.
