Reputable Chicago Real Estate Developer seeking Assistant Property Manager/Office Manager to start immediately. Job Responsibilities
  1. Assisting property management of more than 150 residential rental units
  2. Using Appfolio
  3. Collecting and recording rent
  4. Managing maintenance requests
  5. Managing leasing agents
  6. Office management including organizing file system, and ordering office supplies
  7. Follow up on scheduled work
  8. Collecting multiple bids from third party vendors
  9. Facilitate draw process
  10. Assist with capital improvement projects/collect lien waivers
  11. Assisting with some bookkeeping
  12. Administrative support to staff
  13. Managing daily mail
Personal Skills
  • Highly Organized
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing

  • Ability to effectively work on multiple projects or assignments
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including proficient use of Excel
