Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an Assistant Property Manager for a 240-unit mixed-use community in Tiverton, RI. You will oversee site operations, rent collection, work orders, and recertifications, ensuring LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 compliance and strong resident relations.

The role requires 3+ years in property management and proficiency with OneSite and MS Office. The position offers $30/hr–$32/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years related property management experience conducting recertification, providing clerical and administrative support.
• Extensive knowledge of OneSite, proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• LIHTC experience and Project-Based Section 8 familiarity.
• Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable with respect to affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, federally-assisted, and local housing regulations.
• Site operations, rent collection, work order processing, and apartment turnovers.
• Prepare annual and interim recertifications, property inspections, and administrative functions.
