Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LIHTC and HUD programs mandatory.
• At least one year of property management experience with affordable housing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of income certifications, annual recertifications, eligibility verification, and compliance documents.
• Strong leasing skills: tours, follow-ups, applications, move-ins.
• Experience with rent collections and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Lease and maintain occupancy through tours, follow-ups, applications and move-ins.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, renewals, and resident communications.
• Prepare and maintain LIHTC and HUD compliance files, incl. income certifications and recerts.
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-ups, deposits, and notices.
• Support PRA program requirements and documentation.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready resident files.
• Assist with inspections, maintenance coordination, and resident concerns.
• Support daily operations, reporting, and occupancy goals.
