Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our residential property team in Phoenix. The role focuses on leasing, tenant relations, and operations to ensure optimal occupancy and service quality.

The candidate will assist with move‑outs, lease renewals, rent collections, and marketing efforts while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leasing or property management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and ability to tour the property.

Responsibilities

• Process move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations via calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Develop and track marketing strategies including ads and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting of rents.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
