Job summary

Gateway Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Kenyon at Cross Creek in Central, SC to support day-to-day community operations, assist prospective tenants, answer phones, route maintenance requests, and back up the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or 1+ year in property management customer service.
• Knowledge of LIHTC programs and compliance requirements.
• Ability to effectively work with all types of people.
• Some knowledge of financial and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately completes lease applications and notifies applicants of results.
• Maintains records in property management software and resident files.
• Ensures rent is collected and revenue data is entered correctly.
• Upholds Gateway Management policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of local markets and property communities.
