Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group, owner of Summer Green Apartments in Longview, TX, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support on-site operations and drive renewals. You will work closely with the Property Manager to lease apartments, show units, and ensure marketing is current and effective.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in an assistant or property management role, and strong computer and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in an assistant manager or manager role.
• Experience in multifamily housing required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with on-site property operations.
• Capture tenant renewals at the highest rate possible.
• Maintain a resident relations program.
• Lease units at or above market occupancy and rent levels.
• Assist in ensuring marketing is current and effective.
