Qualifications

• Requires previous experience in property management, leasing, or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the property.
• Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, and renewals.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and reporting.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support occupancy goals and resident retention initiatives.
