GSF Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Bakersfield, CA to support daily operations of the apartment community. You will assist with leasing, resident relations, rent collections, and administrative tasks to keep occupancy high and residents satisfied.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
