Waterstone Place is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations at our Twin Cities area community. This full-time, on-site role offers a strong benefits package and opportunities to manage rent, leasing, and resident relations.

As part of Bader, you will assist the Property Manager with leasing, rent collection, reporting, and implementation of retention programs, while upholding Fair Housing rules and professional standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience with leasing techniques and sales methods as designated by Bader.
• Knowledge of property rental information.
• Ability to maintain leasing closing ratio.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and ordering of administrative supplies and equipment.
• Collect rent and update rent roll.
• Record and complete work requests.
• Show and lease apartments.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Handle resident issues professionally.
• Know leasing techniques and sales methods.
• Maintain knowledge of property rental information.
• Maintain a leasing closing ratio as required by Bader.
• Ensure timely reporting and submission of forms and reports.
• Process rent payments, make deposits, reconcile ledgers, and send late rent notices.
• Assist in resident retention programs.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the property.
• Comply with Fair Housing rules.
• Pursue educational opportunities for personal growth.
