This role focuses on occupancy, tenant relations, and efficient property operations across a mixed portfolio. Candidates should have 2+ years in property management, tax credit knowledge, and strong communication, organization, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in low income housing Tax Credit compliance experience.
• Tax credit knowledge required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with daily operations, leasing, and administration.
• Support marketing and advertising across sources.
• Monitor resident concerns and enforce lease policies.
• Prepare documents related to rents and moves.
• Coordinate property maintenance and vendor supervision.
