The role involves guiding Leasing Consultants, ensuring timely rent collection, processing applications, and maintaining property standards. Weekend work may be required; strong Microsoft Office and property software knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate leasing consultants and support leasing tasks.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data posts accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• Review applications and ensure income proof aligns with qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure leases and payments are complete.
• Assist with budgeting and prepare or upload bills for approval.
• Support resident relations and respond to service requests.
• Help host resident events and maximize renewals.
• Work weekends as needed.
