Interstate Apartments in South Sioux City, NE, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will work closely with the Property Manager to drive leasing, optimize occupancy, and positively impact resident satisfaction.

The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00 with commission opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), paid training, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and insurance options.

Formación

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid leasing, renewal, and rent collection experience.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and local/state regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive leasing activity and maintain high occupancy.
• Maximize renewals and resident retention.
• Coach and mentor leasing consultants.
• Lead leasing when needed.
• Help manage rent collections and delinquencies.
• Pull reports on renewals and operations.
• Keep resident files accurate and compliant.
• Support marketing and keep listings accurate.
• Lead the property in the Manager’s absence.
• Manage office supply inventory.
