Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and work with Residential Manager in the property’s administration.
• Perform leasing, operational, administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist in the Community Manager’s duties in the Manager’s absence.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain accurate records.
