Job summary

HTG is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager across leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations. The role ensures seamless property operations in the manager's absence and involves coordinating with on-site staff and vendors.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in property management or tax credit experience, strong computer skills, and a proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively with staff, residents, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of tax credit experience.
• Sales and/or leasing experience.
• General office and accounting skills.
• Proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in supervising on-site staff.
• Work with the Property Manager to resolve property management issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service contracts compliance.
• Assist in preparing operating and capital budgets and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with property management tasks.
