Job summary

ZRS Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager in Grand Prairie, TX to support Leasing Consultants, analyze market information, and help prepare for advancement to a Property Manager.

Responsibilities include collecting rent, reviewing applications, auditing move-ins, handling lease documents, and assisting with budgeting. You may work one weekend per month and will engage residents to maintain strong occupancy and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data.
• File evictions as needed and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to ensure guidelines are met.
• Review applications and verify income and qualification documents.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are uploaded.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of residents' billing and payments.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting and posting bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate as necessary.
• Assist with leasing and property tours.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team.
• Support occupancy and leasing goals with the property manager.
• Help host resident events and renewals.
• May require one weekend per month.
