Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and follow local laws and policies.
• Review and approve applications ensuring proof of income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and verify all payments and documents.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing when needed and conduct property tours.
• Operate with customer service standards and resolve escalated resident issues.
• Support budgeted occupancy and leasing goals with the property team.
• Assist with resident events and renewals.
