• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Experience in leasing, supervision, and customer service.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations for a multi-site community.
• Coordinate staff and leasing activities; assist in hiring and training.
• Prepare financial and leasing reports; manage rent collections and postings.
• Maintain vendor files; coordinate marketing and resident communications.
• Walk the property weekly and ensure property appearance and compliance with standards.
• Handle past resident collections and prepare move-out related communications.
