Responsibilities

• Help people find their next home by responding to inquiries, showing properties, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins.
• Build positive relationships with residents, property owners, and vendors.
• Follow up on past-due accounts, assist with notices and documentation, and maintain accurate resident records.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and apartment turnovers while keeping projects on track.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs while keeping details organized and communicating progress to the Property Manager.
• Work independently to solve problems and take ownership while collaborating with the team.
