Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and marketing efforts to drive occupancy.
• Train and motivate on-site staff to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate records of rent rolls and transactions.

• Communicate property events and conduct periodic inspections.
• Monitor marketing metrics and traffic to optimize leasing.
