You will coordinate leasing, marketing, and on-site staff, ensuring a high-quality resident experience and adherence to company policies. This role requires 2–3 years in property management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in Property Management or related work experience.
• Ability to interact efficiently with prospects, residents, peers, and management.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates integrity and adheres to policies and laws.
• Ensure high-quality first and last impressions for residents.
• Handle resident concerns with a customer-service approach.
• Communicate property events and conduct periodic resident inspections.
• Market to prospects and guide tours, handling paperwork for new residents.
• Work with leasing team to achieve property goals and analyze marketing data.
• Maintain accurate records of rent rolls and other transactions.
• Ensure rents and fees are collected and posted timely.
• Maintain appearance of community and coordinate service requests.
