Responsibilities cover promoting the community, tours, cross-selling, and collaboration with maintenance to uphold standards. The position requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential or commercial property management.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Adobe, Outlook).
• Experience with property management and/or accounting software.
• Seasoned sales professional with leadership to leasing staff.
• Knowledge of San Francisco rent ordinance preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to sales leads and referrals to promote the community.
• Cross-sells at sister properties when appropriate.
• Develops and participates in leasing promotional events.
• Uses marketing materials to close leases and captures contact information.
• Maintains knowledge of rent, availability, expirations and amenities.
• Supports marketing efforts and ensures curb appeal.
• Explains lease provisions and conducts move-in activities.
• Communicates with residents regarding renewals and payments.
