Job summary

Mobile Loaves & Fishes is seeking two Assistant Property Manager positions to support the Community First! Village neighborhood.

The role partners with the Property Manager to ensure lease compliance, neighbor relations, and the development of SOPs for administrative and leasing functions. The two openings include the main CFV campus on Hog Eye Road and a Burleson property transition, with hours generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, and occasional nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property management experience, preferably in multifamily, affordable, or supportive housing environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and property management software.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with law enforcement, supportive services, and community partners.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability and ensuring timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Enforce housing contract rules and communicate fines or corrective actions.
• Oversee and audit lease violations and maintain records of all communications.
• Organize, analyze, and assess incident reports and identify lease violation trends.
• Review high-profile incident reports and communicate liability and significant community incidents to the Property Manager.
• Oversee unit inspections to assess cleanliness and compliance with lease agreements.
• Track unit-readiness timelines to ensure efficient turnover and occupancy compliance.
• Oversee processing of rent payments and track delinquencies.
• Prepare and deliver notices in accordance with housing agreements and applicable law.
