Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or RealPage software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to enforce community policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and resident services
• Support onsite team to achieve property goals
• Manage resident files, lease administration
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained community
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests
• Assist with rent collections and delinquency follow-up
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections
• Maintain records, reports, and payroll documentation
