Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the District Manager in operating a multi-family community. You will handle resident relations, payroll and bookkeeping tasks, vendor communications, and on-site supervision to ensure exemplary service.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, delinquency management, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Payscan).
• OSHA knowledge beneficial and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist District Manager with day-to-day operations of a multi-family community.
• Manage resident relations and provide high-level customer service.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate office duties.
• Oversee bookkeeping: invoices, payables/receivables, delinquencies, and billing.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with budgeting and financial goals.
• Communicate with vendors/contractors on billing and invoices.
• Support property walks/inspections and prepare reports.
