Liberty Military Housing is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a multi-family community. Responsibilities include resident relations, bookkeeping, budgeting, and supervising on-site staff to ensure high service standards.

The role requires 2+ years in residential property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with Yardi/Payscan. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule (including weekends) are needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi/Payscan.
• Fair Housing certification required within 2 weeks of employment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel between regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Manage resident relations and follow-up on service requests.
• Supervise on-site staff and training activities.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks: bills, A/P, A/R, delinquencies, invoicing.
• Assist with community budgets and financial goals.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications for billing.
• Conduct property walks/inspections to maintain standards.
