Job summary

CHP is seeking a diligent individual for a Full Time role at Meadowview Apartments in Pulaski, VA. The position involves resident services, leasing support, and property operations, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely rent processing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and up to 3 years in property management, leasing, or related customer service roles, plus proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of property management, leasing, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and applicants by phone, email, and in person.
• Process applications and maintain accurate waiting lists.
• Support leasing activities to help maintain strong occupancy.
• Assist with coordinating unit turns and move-ins.
• Complete resident recertifications with guidance and review.
• Maintain accurate, organized resident files and documentation.
• Collect and post rent payments accurately and on time.
• Assist with rent calculations and account adjustments.
• Conduct routine property inspections as assigned.
• Enter, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders.
• Support the Property Manager with daily property operations and administrative needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn property management software such as Yardi.
