Job summary

PATH Enterprises is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for the PMV 2 office in Los Angeles. You will assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations, implement policies, maintain occupancy targets, and support residents, including special needs residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of property management experience, driving is required, and you will coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery. California-based position with benefits.

• Support emergency preparedness procedures and drills.
• Maintain communication with residents and community partners.
• Assist with service delivery and vendor coordination.
• Maintain resident records and prepare PM software entries.
• Process invoices and expense documentation for approvals.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs and note repairs.
• Support maintenance scheduling and track work orders.
• Participate in resident meetings and community events.
• Assist planning of community events with services teams.
• Help gather budget data and monitor expenses.
• Draft tenant notices and track compliance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and agency guidelines.
