The schedule runs Tuesday to Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with potential to act as Property Manager in the Manager's absence. This is a growth-oriented role in multifamily housing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Up to 1 year of property management or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organization.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in property management.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of a multifamily community to ensure resident service and efficiency.
  • Assist with leasing activities, applications, and renewals.
  • Monitor rent collections and process payments; assist delinquency management.
  • Respond to resident concerns and maintain positive relations.
  • Prepare financial and property documents and process invoices.
  • Assist with property operations and occupancy-related tasks.
  • Act as Property Manager in the Manager's absence.

WinnCompaniesis seeking anAssistant Property Managerto join our team atHalstead Holden, a 192-unit multifamily residential communitylocatedinHolden, MA.

In this role, you will support the Property Manager in the day-to-dayproperty management operationsof the community, includingleasing, resident relations, rent collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and property administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career inmultifamily housing and property management.

The pay range for this role is $28.00-$30.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Tuesday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays from 10:00AM to 4:00PM.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community, ensuring excellent resident service and operational efficiency.
  • Assistwith leasing activities, including apartment tours, application processing, recertifications, and lease renewals.
  • Monitor rent collections, post payments, enforce collection policies, andassistwith delinquency management.
  • Respond to resident concerns and helpmaintainpositive resident relations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare financial reports, resident correspondence, recertification notices, and other property documentation.
  • Processpurchaseorders, invoices, and accounts payable transactions.
  • Assistwith property operations, financial administration, and occupancy-related activities.
  • Serve asactingProperty Manager in the Manager's absence, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, administrative support, ora relatedfield.
  • Up to 1 year of supervisory,team lead,leadership, or mentoring experience.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the property management industry.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse residents, colleagues, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree.
  • Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or other property management software.
  • Experience in multifamily housing, affordable housing, LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 environments.
  • Knowledge of leasing, resident retention, and property operations.
