Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Aurora, CO on a full-time, on-site basis. Compensation starts at $25–$26 per hour, with bonuses and a 20% housing discount available. Schedule is Monday to Friday.

You will assist the property manager in overall operations, leasing, reporting, and resident relations to ensure a positive experience for residents and owners. Benefits and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction, retention, and all lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable including collecting rent, posting rent, daily deposits, and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records and files for lease expirations, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers.
• Lease apartments as needed and assist with move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and coordinate with maintenance.
