Job summary

You will handle leasing, resident relations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and property inspections to maintain well-managed properties and deliver responsive resident service. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable leading maintenance coordination, vendor bidding, and ongoing turnover work.

Qualifications

• Property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; AppFolio experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads, lead showings, and process applications, leases, and move-ins.
• Keep listings, pricing, and availability accurate and professional, and monitor online reviews.
• Build positive resident relationships and enforce community rules consistently.
• Manage maintenance requests from start to finish, including vendor bids, documentation, and follow-up.
• Oversee turnovers and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit accounting, and walk the properties daily to keep them clean, safe, and attractive.
• Maintain accurate records in AppFolio, look for ways to increase revenue and reduce expenses, and oversee unit renovations on non-stabilized properties.
