Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads, lead showings, and process applications, leases, and move-ins.
• Keep listings, pricing, and availability accurate and professional, and monitor online reviews.
• Build positive resident relationships and enforce community rules consistently.
• Manage maintenance requests from start to finish, including vendor bids, documentation, and follow-up.
• Oversee turnovers and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit accounting, and walk the properties daily to keep them clean, safe, and attractive.
• Maintain accurate records in AppFolio, look for ways to increase revenue and reduce expenses, and oversee unit renovations on non-stabilized properties.
