Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This role supports leasing, resident relations, and property operations on a day-to-day basis.

You will assist with move-out notices, lease renewals, rent collections, and marketing efforts, while maintaining strong communication with residents and team members. Local travel and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented, organized manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and ability to tour the property with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, answering calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with developing and tracking marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review and inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect the property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education
