STRUCTURE STAFFING LLC in San Francisco seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support our Property Manager across a diverse multifamily portfolio. This role offers growth, serving as a stepping stone to a Property Manager.

You will handle move-ins/outs, vendor management, tenant relations, and property inspections. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for driving between sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of San Francisco property management experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of California and local housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong tenant relations by responding promptly and thoroughly to all requests, inquiries, and correspondence.
• Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs and oversee unit turnovers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
• Keep organized, up-to-date records of leases, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
• Stay current on industry best practices through continuing education, seminars, and local professional activities.
• Embrace Kaizen (continuous improvement) by seeking ways to improve processes, tenant experience, and operations.
