Responsibilities

• Resident Relations & Service: Address and resolve resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintenance & Inspections: Coordinate and follow up on routine maintenance and apartment turnover work.
• Administrative Operations: Maintain organized resident files, records, and documentation; assist with rent collections, budgets, tenant notices, and account tracking.
