Multifamily NW is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead a team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across a portfolio of short-term rental properties. You will play a central role in shaping service standards while developing your leadership skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

This full-time role covers property care, inspections, inventory, staff scheduling, and budget support, with competitive pay based on experience and an excellent benefits package including HDV

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving abilities and a can-do mentality.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new platforms.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at a desk or on your feet for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the quality, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned rental properties.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and property preparation to meet company standards.
• Conduct or delegate inventory checks, ensuring properties are fully stocked and in optimal condition.
• Manage, train, and schedule staff or contractors involved in property care and guest services.
• Monitor expenses, submit receipts, and support budget forecasting.
• Uphold the company’s core values and lead by example within the team.
