Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Dillon, CO to support the day-to-day operations of Wintergreen, an affordable and workforce housing community. You will lease apartments, conduct tours, manage applications, and maintain strong relationships with residents and partners.

The role emphasizes compliance with Workforce Housing laws, strong customer service, and coordination with the Compliance team.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience.
• Experience with affordable/workforce housing programs preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with administrative tasks and basic financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations with the Property Manager.
• Lease apartments in compliance with housing laws and programs.
• Conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow-up.
• Build relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and partners.
• Assist with compliance paperwork and annual certifications.
• Manage rent collection, notices, service requests, and admin tasks.
• Support budgeting, invoice coding, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with move-ins/outs, evictions, and court-related documentation.
