We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment and is excited to contribute to the continued success of a well-established community.
Support day-to-day operations of the community while partnering closely with the Property Manager.
Lease apartments in compliance with Workforce Housing, Fair Housing, and Affordable Housing Laws.
Conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow-up.
Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and community partners.
Assist with compliance paperwork, annual certifications, and coordination with the Compliance team.
Manage rent collection activities, resident notices, service requests, and general administrative tasks.
Support budgeting activities, invoice coding, vendor coordination, and basic financial processes.
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, evictions, and court-related documentation as needed.
Two or more years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience.
Working knowledge of affordable/workforce housing programs and compliance requirements preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfort handling administrative tasks, financial processes, and confidential information.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
