Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager for Montair at Somerset Hill in Tumwater, WA. You will support residents, manage day-to-day operations, maintain financial records, and back up the Property Manager as needed.

This role requires an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented mindset and comfort in an office setting with resident interactions. Responsibilities include leasing support, resident services, event participation, and preserving confidential files while ensuring accurate rent

Qualifications

• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience strongly preferred.
• Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement program is offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and resident files with confidentiality and integrity.
• Safeguard and timely deposit of all monies received; accurate reporting.
• Respond promptly to resident comments and complaints; assist leasing team as needed.
• Provide leasing support and show apartments when required.
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Ensure team remains friendly, available, and professional to residents and coworkers.
