Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our South Sioux City, NE community. The role focuses on leasing activity, resident relations, and operational support within a 102-unit property.

You will drive occupancy, manage renewals, and mentor leasing staff while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leasing, renewal, and rent collection experience.
• Yardi and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity to maintain strong occupancy levels.
• Maximize lease renewals and resident retention.
• Support and mentor leasing consultants; step in to lead leasing when needed.
• Assist with rent collections and delinquency management; generate renewal reports.
