The ideal candidate has property management or related real estate/hospitality experience, understands leasing processes, and is comfortable using AppFolio. Strong communication, organization, and a team mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management or a related real estate, housing, or hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes and basic property operations.
• Comfort using property management systems (AppFolio is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted support to the Property Manager, helping guide day-to-day property operations
• Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for residents and resolve concerns
• Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and accurate recordkeeping using AppFolio
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Help conduct property inspections and support improvement projects
• Assist with vendor coordination, contracts, and service agreements
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Help manage operations across multiple properties while staying organized
