Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related real estate, housing, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents and handle inquiries.
• Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and recordkeeping (AppFolio experience a plus).
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for timely completion.
• Support property inspections and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee operations across multiple properties while staying organized.
