The role emphasizes hands‑on experience across property management, including inspections, vendor coordination, and recordkeeping in AppFolio, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management or related real estate, housing, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and property operations.
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio is a plus).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Serve as a friendly contact for residents to address questions.
• Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and recordkeeping in AppFolio.
